Please check the doors opening time on our Entertainment Guide, as you will need to book that time slot. You must take your seat within one hour of doors opening to keep your booking.
On the 1st of every month, the following month’s dates are released i.e. all September dates are available to book from 1st August.
We are experiencing very high levels of demand, and are still operating at a reduced capacity. Therefore we are asking all visitors to book their tables carefully and considerately so as many people as possible can enjoy our live entertainment.
On busy nights, we have two sittings. Those who book the early sitting of 5pm are politely asked to vacate their table by 8.30pm, so we can clear the room ready for the next sitting at 9pm.
We do not take table bookings for the restaurant, lounge or beer gardens - it is first come, first served.
You’re fully booked / It says no availability on the date I want to come!
Apologies the entertainment date you want is fully booked. We are still operating the venue at a reduced capacity, and are experiencing very high levels of demand. Please check online again for cancellations - they do come up sometimes, particularly last minute (day before / on the day itself).
We also now have standing room spaces, available on a first come, first served basis. For standing room and any remaining table availability, please ask on the door one hour after Cabaret Bar doors open (e.g 6pm for the 5pm sitting), and remember that capacity is still limited so you may not get in. We'd really appreciate your understanding at this time.
What time should I arrive?
You must arrive within one hour of doors opening (which is the time stated on your booking). Otherwise your table will be re-allocated.
Can I order food?
During the summer holidays, our kitchen hours are:
Monday & Tuesday: Kitchen closed, drinks only.
Wednesday - Saturday: Food served 12 - 9pm.
Sunday: Carvery served 12 - 8pm.
Food is not available to order at the 9pm entertainment sitting.
How long do I have my table for?
If you have booked a ‘one sitting’ night (doors open time 6pm or 7pm) then you have your table reserved for the whole evening. If you have booked the early show on a ‘two sitting’ night (doors open 5pm) then you must leave by 8.30pm, so we can clear the room ready for the next sitting at 9pm.
Will the booking system be in place all season?
Our table booking system will remain in place for entertainment all season. However, we are now able to increase capacity slightly with standing room spaces, available on a first come, first served basis. For standing room and any remaining table availability, please ask on the door one hour after Cabaret Bar doors open (e.g 6pm for the 5pm sitting), and remember that capacity is still limited so you may not get in.
We know there has been some disappointment regarding limited spaces for entertainment. The booking system will remain in place so that families can plan ahead rather than be disappointed on the night, it also helps us to manage capacity and keep everyone safe. For Warren Farm customers, there will be extra daytime entertainment / activities on the Games Field during the summer holidays.
We hope this helps your understanding. We’ve worked really hard to provide entertainment this year, whereas last year we did not have any entertainment at all, and holidays were still enjoyed :)
Table Booking Conditions:
- If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking ASAP so that we can re-allocate your seats. Press the 'cancel' button on your OpenTable confirmation email.
- Please arrive with your full party and have your email confirmation ready. If you do not turn up within one hour of Cabaret Bar doors opening, your seats will be re-allocated.
- If we have no-shows on the night, we may have last minute spaces become available. Please come to the venue one hour after Cabaret Bar doors open to check.
- Please do not book for both sittings on our busy nights - we will cancel your reservation. We have created two sittings in order to give everyone a fair chance of getting a seat. The Cabaret Bar is vacated and cleared in between sittings.
